Please Note: You may have received a bill for services performed at Spencer Hospital by another healthcare practice, such as radiology services, anesthesia services, etc. Please directly pay that provider for services rather than using this site.
Payment Instructions:
- You will receive a separate statement for each visit. For Spencer Hospital services, you may be eligible for prompt pay discount on your balance, if paid in one payment, in full, within 2 weeks from the date of your first statement. Please call the Spencer Hospital Cashier at (712) 264-6124 during weekday business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to complete this transaction over the phone.
- We recommend having your billing statement in front of you as it will contain information that you will need to complete your payment. As always you may still submit a payment by mail with a check or credit card.
- If you are using a debit card to complete this transaction and you experience difficulty, please remember that some financial institutions limit the total amount of daily transactions on debit cards. Please check with your bank to determine if there is a limit on your debit card.
- Once you complete your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email thanking you for your payment.
