Hartley Family Care offers local family medical care to the community as well as laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and physical therapy services. 

Jamie Billings, ARNP serves as the clinic's primary care provider. Jamie provides general family practice services including preventative care, treatment of episodic illness, physicals, chronic disease management and referral to specialists.  She specializes in diabetes management, cardiac issues such as heart failure and coronary artery disease and women’s health issues.
