Clay County Immunization Clinic
Clay County Public Health Services of Spencer Hospital provides Immunization Clinics each Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM – 5 PM, located on the second floor of the Spencer Medical Arts Building, 101 East 10th Street.

School-Based Immunization Clinics
Clay County Public Health offers school-based immunization clinics each year. Influenza vaccine is offered every fall to pre-school through 12th grade in Clay County. In addition, adolescent clinics are offered each spring for students to receive required vaccines prior to 7th or 12th grade.
Back-to-School Immunization Clinics
Clay County Public Health is having Back to School Immunization Clinics exclusively for students entering Kinder Kids, Kindergarten, 7th Grade, or 12th Grade every Thursday, all summer long.
These immunization updates are required by Iowa law at these grade levels. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, UNLESS they are entering 12th grade and bring a completed, signed consent form. They will be observed for 15 minutes after their vaccinations.
