Athletic Enhancement & Adult Fitness Center – Get in shape with our Athletic Enhancement Services. We offer a variety of programs including working out on an individual basis or work with an exercise specialist and state-of-the-art training equipment to help meet your individualized goals.

Blood Pressure Screenings - Clay County Public Health provides free blood pressure screenings each Wednesday from 9 to 10 AM in the Spencer Hospital lobby.

Cardiopulmonary Rehab – Recover and strengthen your heart and lungs with our Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services. Our compassionate team works with you to create tailored exercise and education plans, promoting a healthier lifestyle and improved quality of life. Cardiopulmonary Rehab is supervised by a variety of healthcare professionals including registered nurses and certified strength and conditioning specialists.

Echocardiograms – Have your diagnostic testing done close to home with an echocardiogram at Spencer Hospital to diagnose heart conditions, such as heart valve disease, heart failure, and congenital heart defects. This non-invasive imaging test uses ultrasound waves to create detailed pictures of the heart.

Family Medicine – Providing convenient, comprehensive care to meet the healthcare needs of you and your entire family. Our providers are dedicated to delivering personalized care at every stage of life.

Planet Heart: Heart & Vascular Checks - Planet Heart offers two specialized screening programs: a Heart Check and a Vascular Screening. These programs are designed to identify and reduce cardiovascular risk, including stroke prevention through the Stroke Check service. This screening is recommended for men ages 40+ and women ages 45+.

Sleep Medicine – A good night’s sleep is vital to your health. Our Sleep Medicine services provide overnight sleep studies and partner with experts to diagnose and treat sleep disorders, helping you achieve restorative sleep for a better tomorrow.
