One way to care for yourself is to learn more about grief and mourning. We invite you to attend the Understanding Grief Bereavement Support Group to learn more about grief and aid you in the expression and processing of grief.
This group will meet each Tuesday over a six-week period. Once the program series begins, new members will not be added to the current group; instead, they will be placed in the group meeting during the next support series. We will be offering the group several times throughout the year.
We will be reading Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart by Alan D. Wolfelt, Ph.D. Our group will discuss the readings and have open discussions at the end of the group.
