Employee Relax Pass
Spencer Hospital is excited to announce an employee perk designed to be a “win-win” for local businesses and our hard-working co-workers called the “Relax Pass.” Oftentimes, local or regional businesses will contact our Human Resources team, offering coupons or special offers for our co-workers, especially since our staff makes up a large audience of potential buyers.
In discussions of how working in healthcare can be taxing at times, we devised the Relax Pass, which we feel can accomplish helping our hard-working co-workers relax while also providing incentives to visit local businesses or try their services.
The Relax Pass is simply a card with a QR code on it that our staff can scan and see all the awesome discounts available at local participating businesses. To receive your discount, simply show your badge at the participating place of business. Pick up your Relax Pass today in HR.
