MHU is looking for IA licensed RNs who are looking to make connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to acheive results.  An engaging, empathetic communication style is a must!  If your passion is psychiatric nursing, and you have a strong committment to providing the best care for patients, this is the place for you!  BLS, IA RN Licensure and at least 1 year Med/Surg experience required.  Experience working with mentally ill patients or patients with disabiltities, or a strong desire to do so is strongly preferred.  ACLS, CPI training also strongly preferred.

This as-needed position will work a variety of shifts, and assist in the Med/Surg unit.  C.N.A. certification and BLS are required.  Previous C.N.A. experience and someone seeking their nursing degree is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the knowledge to provide guidance to patients regarding third party coverage, have a positive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and can easily adapt to changes.  This position works M-F, day time hours (72 hours per pay period).  A HS Diploma is required, and medical terminology, coding, and 1 year Hospital billing experience is strongly preferred.

This is a specialized, technically oriented position that focuses on meeting and exceeding high standards of accuracy.  A thoughtful, perservering, self-disciplined approach to achieving accurate, detailed work is essential.  A caring attitude and the ability to communicate caring to patients and co-workers is a must!  At least 5 years of experience as a RN, and at least 2 years of experience in a hospital is required.  Previous experience in Dialysis, ICU, or Emergency Room care is strongly preferred.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for emergency medicine who can communicate caring to both patients and co-workers to join our ED!  Must have IA RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications.  In addition, at least 1 year experience of Med/Surg required.  2 years of ER, CCU or Med/Surg experience is preferred.

This is a benefit eligible position!  Come be a part of a great laboratory team here at Spencer Hospital!  This position is a float position, working full time.  Rotating Holidays and 1 weekend out of 6 weekends are required.  The qualified candidate will be able to perform a variety of laboratory tests, some routine and some complex, of body fluids and other substances to provide data in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.  Requires use of professional judgement, oustanding communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.  National certification as a Medical Technologist required.  MT (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) preferred.
